Additional Information:

• Auto pay - will pull on the 20th of your bill month as of 2AM.
• Penalty Reminder - total amount due must be received on or before the due date. Otherwise, a late charge of 1% per month will be added to any past due amount as of the 21st of each month.
• Delinquent Notice Reminder - any past due balance as of 9/20 if unpaid by 11/1 a 10% penalty will be applied.
• Transfer to tax - any past due balance if unpaid by 11/15, the balance will transfer to the property tax bill.
• Customer Responsibility - to maintain all changes required on the account.
